Playdate Return Policy
Purchases on Playdate Catalog
For transactions on Playdate Catalog, contact us to request a refund for purchases made within the time frame and reasons identified in the Playdate Catalog End User Agreement.
Playdate Hardware
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs and duties will not be refunded.
Panic will not accept returns nor issue refunds for:

Items that have been modified, misused, or damaged;

Items that show signs of use, are missing pieces, or are otherwise not in their original condition;

Items not purchased directly from Panic or an authorized retailer.
To return an item purchased online, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After an RMA is issued, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, or meet the guidelines found in Playdate’s documentation.
Refunds include the cost of the device and taxes only, and do not include shipping costs or duties. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will arrange for a substitute payment option of Panic’s choice.
