Playdate Catalog End User Agreement

This document applies to products purchased or received from the official Playdate store, Catalog.

Refunds

Unless otherwise provided by law, refunds are offered for products within 14 days of purchase that are:

Not playable

This includes, but are not limited to these examples

  • The game is unable to be played, loaded or is experiencing technical issues.
  • For technical issues, we will reach out to the developer/company to resolve such issues before offering a refund.

The product does not accurately represent what was advertised.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Contact Playdate support via the Playdate Help Form to request a refund.

Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing games on Catalog—not as a way to get them for free. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.


DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT (DRM)

A DRM software is automatically downloaded and updated when downloading products from Catalog and used as a way to protect against piracy. Products from Catalog are to be played on Panic’s handheld system, Playdate. Future updates from products on Catalog will be forfeited if any attempt to break the DRM exists.


SUPPORT

The product’s developer/company is responsible for providing customer support for any in-game issues. Each store page will include the support contact information for the Playdate product purchased.
