If you’re moving within the same city, we can update your address manually if you contact us. Reach out to us via the form at the bottom of help.play.date and give us all the details.
If you’re moving to an entirely new city, state, or country, changing your shipping address will require a new order — because taxes and shipping costs will need to be completely recalculated. To do this, cancel your order at play.date/orders, then place a new one; note that this can only be done before your order ships. Once you’ve placed a new order, contact our support team via the form at the bottom of help.play.date and we can maintain your original place in line. Be sure to give us the old and new order numbers.
