Making changes to an existing order
Great question. Here’s where things currently stand.

If you’re moving within the same country, just head to play.date/orders. You can update your shipping address from there any time before we prepare your order for shipment. (An account should’ve automatically been created for you when you ordered your unit, using the email address on the order. You may need to reset your password if you’ve never logged in before.)

If you’re moving internationally, changing your shipping address will require a new order — because taxes and shipping costs will need to be completely recalculated. To do this, cancel your order at play.date/orders, then place a new one; note that this can only be done before your order ships. Once you’ve placed a new order, contact our support team and we can maintain your original place in line. Be sure to give us the old and new order numbers.
