Can I delete my Playdate account?

Please contact our support team to delete your Playdate account.

IMPORTANT: A Playdate account is required for general device upkeep, such as firmware updates and further game releases as part of the season of games. In the event your account is deleted, online services and some device features will be inaccessible, such as firmware updates and over-the-air game downloads. You’ll still be able to manually install games via connecting your Playdate to a PC/Mac via the USB cable.
