Tracking your Playdate shipment
Tracking information
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send the shipping information to the email address that was used on our store for the purchase.
You can also check on the Playdate website for the tracking information following the steps below:

Sign in to your Playdate account by going to this page. If you’re the one that placed the order, you should already have a Playdate account set up with your email address when you ordered.

After signing in, click on Account at the top of the Playdate page.

The Orders tab will have all the information you need on the status of your order.
International: Orders outside of United States
As we ship out all orders from our fulfillment center in the United States, it may take a longer time compared to domestic orders for international orders to deliver. Orders that are shipped outside of the United States will be handled by our shipping partner, Passport.
The Passport Shipping FAQ page will have information on shipping related questions. You can also contact Passport at help@passportshipping.com or through the Help button on your tracking page.
Domestic: Orders within the United States
We ship all orders within the United States via USPS. Where is my package page on the USPS website may be able to answer your question.
