Tracking your Playdate shipment
U.S. destinations
We’ll email you a tracking link after your order has shipped. (If you don’t have the email handy, you can track your order on the Playdate web site.)
Please check your tracking link every few days to verify your shipment’s progress. If your shipment has not moved in more than 5 days, please first contact the U.S. Post Office via their Where Is My Package page.
If after one additional week USPS hasn’t been able to help, contact us.
Outside-the-U.S. destinations
We’ll email you a tracking link after your order has shipped. (If you don’t have the email handy, you can track your order on the Playdate web site.)
Shipments will typically take 2-4 weeks, and occasionally longer. (All shipments originate at our U.S. warehouse.)
Please check your tracking link every few days to verify your shipment’s progress. If your shipment has not moved in more than 10 days, please contact our shipping partner Passport first. Additional information is available on the Passport Shipping FAQ page.
If after one additional week Passport hasn’t been able to help, contact us.
IMPORTANT: If your shipment is marked by the carrier as ‘delivered’ — but you have not received it — alert us as quickly as possible. (If you alert us later than one calendar week after the alleged delivery, because of our insurance carrier’s rules we may not be able to help.)
