You may cancel an order for a full refund anytime before it ships, which usually happens within 48 hours.

A Note about exchange rates and refunds: All of our sales and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD). When cancelling an order, you will be refunded the full amount you were charged originally in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of cancellation. As exchange rates constantly fluctuate, this may cause the final amount refunded to be slightly different than the original charge, meaning you may get slightly more money back than you originally paid, or slightly less.
