発送ポリシーについて

発送時における所有権

私たちPanicからお客様が購入された商品の損失および所有権は、宅配便／配送業者により発送される商品の場合、米国内の施設にて運送業者または発送代行業者に商品が引き渡された時点でお客様に引き渡されるものとします。米国郵政公社を通じて出荷された商品の場合は、Panicから米国郵政公社またはその代理人に商品が引き渡された時点で、お客様に引き渡されます。

関税と国際通関手数料

私たちPanicは関税や通関手数料など国際便の受け渡しに必要となる各種手数料を事前に支払うよう努力しています。しかしながら仕向け国によっては、予期しない追加の手数料が課される可能性が無いことを保証できません。関税およびその他税金が課された場合はお客様の負担となります。仕向け国によって課される関税を事前に予測、管理できません。

カナダのお客様へ

By ordering Products from Panic, you authorize the customs broker selected by Panic or its shipping agent to act as your agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. On checkout, we calculate and collect the applicable taxes and duties that the broker will pay on your behalf to the CBSA.
